By using the services of Maryellen Portable Toilets, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a rental order.
All portable toilet rentals are subject to availability. Rental periods, delivery schedules, and servicing frequency will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Changes to your rental must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
We will deliver units to the specified location. The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible and that there is adequate space for placement. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces caused by the weight of the units.
The customer is responsible for the care of rented equipment during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Payment terms will be established at the time of booking. Late payments may incur additional fees.
